I could kick myself for making Bluehasia wait this long…but I finally finished! *streamers explode* Huzzah! I used the newest ref created by Xeshaire for the markings and scarf, which I believe have changed a wee bit.

But nonetheless, Blue is an amazing dragon. I always love drawing him and I always will. I love his storm regality.
